Job Description
We are seeking an IT Infrastructure Project Manager to oversee the SharePoint on-premise and Nintex upgrade project. This role requires strategic coordination of the upgrade process, ensuring a seamless transition from SharePoint 2016 to Subscription Edition and Nintex for SharePoint to Nintex K2. The Project Manager will work closely with IT teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure a smooth implementation while mitigating IT security risks and compliance issues before SharePoint and Nintex reach their end-of-life (EOL) deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution
- Oversee the upgrade of SharePoint on-premise to Subscription Edition (DEV and PROD).
- Manage the transition from Nintex for SharePoint to Nintex K2, ensuring all objects are migrated.
- Ensure alignment with IT security policies and compliance requirements.

Stakeholder Coordination & Risk Management
- Engage with business users and technical teams to minimize downtime and business disruption.
- Identify and mitigate risks of losing SharePoint on-premise applications and services.
- Coordinate with IT leadership to ensure the business value and security of the new infrastructure.

Infrastructure & Application Oversight
- Work closely with IT teams to assess infrastructure impact and ensure a smooth transition.
- Ensure the continued functionality of critical workflows and applications.
- Document project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications
:
- Proven experience as an IT Infrastructure Project Manager with expertise in SharePoint environments.
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint on-premise architecture and Nintex workflow solutions.
- Experience with GxP-regulated environments and IT compliance standards.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred
Qualifications
:
- Experience with LIMS and/or Empower applications.
- Familiarity with the Purdue Model for manufacturing IT infrastructure.
- Background in pharmaceutical or regulated industries.
