Job Description
As a Project Manager at Evooq, you will be crucial in leading implementation projects to integrate and enhance the ecosystem of products and services for our clients. You will oversee all aspects of project implementation, ensuring a seamless and efficient process from scoping to go-live. Your expertise in project management, client collaboration, and technical integration will be essential in helping our clients achieve their objectives and maximise the value of our solutions.
Candidates must either have or be eligible for a Swiss work permit and be fluent in both English and French.
What You’ll Do As a Project Manager
1. Ensure excellent project execution and client satisfaction, delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
2. Collaborate with clients to define processes, use cases, and requirements that need to be supported by the platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
3. Facilitate functional and scoping workshops, advising clients on how to maximise the value from our solutions and services.
4. Translate business requirements into actionable work packages for the platform implementation team, ensuring technical alignment and feasibility.
5. Establish and manage project governance frameworks, including defining the schedule, milestones, key stakeholders, deliverables, risks, and budget oversight.
6. Drive continuous improvement of onboarding methodologies, ensuring they are scalable and adaptable to client needs.
7. Deliver comprehensive training to end users, including producing instructional materials, user guides, and manuals.
8. Proactively identify opportunities for product enhancement and collaborate with product management to drive new features and functionality.
9. Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring communication between engineering, product, and client stakeholders.
