Key Responsibilities:
• Draft, review and negotiate various commercial contracts and agreements.
• Manage legal documentation for all entities within the organization.
• Provide accurate, relevant and timely advice on a variety of legal issues.
• Manage and mitigate legal risk through the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations applicable to our business, including export control and sanction regimes, data protection, employment and anti-corruption laws.
• Liaise with senior management
• Manage external counsels.
• Managing public relations efforts to enhance the company's reputation and build strong relationships with media and stakeholders
Requirements:
• Degree in Law from law schools in Switzerland, Europe or a common law jurisdiction.
• At least 5 years' post-qualification experience working in-house or in a leading law firm.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Good business acumen is a plus.
• Ability to communicate complex legal issues and risks in a way that non-legal colleagues can understand.
• Ability to work in a highly independent manner.
• Excellent written and spoken English and French required.
