Responsibilities Process and supervise accounting mandates for our national and international clients (preparation of annual accounts, monthly reporting, VAT statements, conversion of standards, supervision of the accounting work of members of the team, complete accounting management, various administrative work related to the position, etc.).
Understand the demands of our customers and offer them pragmatic solutions.
Coach, support and help develop less experienced team members.
Understand customer needs and offer solutions based on ABACUS business management software.
Support the development of the existing customer portfolio, identifying new opportunities and actively contribute to the sale of our national and international accounting services.
Manage complex and innovative projects and evolve with autonomy in a flexible environment.
Minimum Requirements At least 5-8 years of experience in the field of accounting in Switzerland, ideally in a fiduciary or in an international company, and comfortable with IT tools.
Ideally a certified Expert in Accounting and Controlling, Fiduciary or in training to obtain it or an equivalent higher diploma.
Familiarity with international accounting standards, IFRS, US GAAP, and Swiss GAAP FER, with previous work experience for companies applying one of these standards.
Familiarity with the ABACUS software package and/or other accounting programs.
Fluency in English and German.
Possess business development skills, be rigorous and organized, and enjoy working in a team.
