To complement our team, we are looking for a customer- and team-oriented individual for our Plasma Control Technologies division at the Penang, Flamatt site as a Global Senior Director of High Volume Manufacturing .

In the Plasma Control Technologies (PCT) division, we manufacture specialized components that are required for the precise control of plasma processes and are used in the production of memory chips or touch screens for sensors, smartphones or tablets.
What you will do:
Direct and oversee global production of all PCT products at all PCT production locations (SHE Shanghai, PEN Penang, FLA Flamatt, AAH Aachen) ensuring that volume, cost, waste and quality standards are achieved. Develop and implement strategies to optimize production flow, minimize costs, and reduce lead times.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure production meets quality standards and deadlines. Drive a collaborative and cross-functional environment (R&D, NPI, SMC, Quality, G4G, GMDM, Supply Chain) and regional teams to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
Partner with the Supply Chain team to optimize raw material procurement, inventory management, and logistics. Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma) to enhance operational efficiencies, reduce waste, and optimize production processes.
Leverage technology and automation to improve productivity and streamline manufacturing processes. Evaluate and implement best practices and innovative solutions to maintain a competitive edge in the global market.
Ensure all production facilities meet corporate quality and compliance standards, including ISO, OSHA, and other industry certifications. Monitor production sites globally to guarantee safety protocols, environmental standards, and ethical production practices.
What you bring:
Masters’ or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering or Manufacturing Management
Minimum of 15 years in production management within a multinational environment, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Strong understanding of global manufacturing processes.
Experience in supplying to the semiconductor industry.
