Your Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Base Management (BMM) Ambassador and supporter mainly in the field
* Consultant for all relevant BMM sales questions (person to go2)
* Sales Skills/ system knowledge
* Agent communication (via Beekeeper on News/Updates/Insights/Big Wins, e.g., mid-size customer)
* Conduct Mini-Trainings/ Mentoring
* Create initiatives to proactively attract customers (also outside the shop)
* Process optimization
* Product optimization (Customer Value Proposition)
* Feedback loop (problem recording and solving, marketing needs feedback, best case sharing and establishment)
* Knowledge support/ Expert Inputs
* Training review (Initial training, Up2Date training, etc.)
* Account Managers visits with analysis, reporting, low-performer management, and best practice sharing
Your Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree or KV in business, marketing, communication, business administration, or a related field
* 4 years or more of sales experience and at least a year of experience as a manager in the telecom retail industry
* Natural motivator and team player
* Clean driving license and flexible to work from various shops
* Skilled in the field of escalation management
* Excellent communication skills in English and German
