Project Coordination & Customer Success Manager (m/f)
To further expand our activities, we are currently looking for an experienced and performance-motivated Project Coordination & Customer Success Manager (m/f) to join our team at the company headquarters permanently.
Responsibilities:
1. Planning, controlling, and monitoring of customer projects in cooperation with internal and external project managers.
2. Ensuring an efficient project process through resource management and deadline monitoring.
3. Identifying and eliminating obstacles as well as risk management to meet project goals.
4. Communicating with all relevant project stakeholders to coordinate requirements and progress.
5. Documentation and reporting of the project status.
Customer Success Management Tasks:
1. Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships through proactive support and advice.
2. Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries quickly and efficiently.
3. Analysing customer needs and deriving suitable measures to optimize the customer experience.
4. Supporting the implementation of products and services.
5. Identifying upselling and cross-selling potential to promote the company's success.
6. Working closely with the sales and support teams to continuously improve customer service.
Qualifications:
1. Degree in business administration, project management, communication, or a comparable qualification.
2. Professional experience in the areas of project management and customer success is an advantage.
3. Confident handling of standard project management tools and CRM systems.
4. Able to work independently, highly motivated, and committed.
5. Excellent team and communication skills.
6. Aviation experience is an advantage.
7. Highly articulate and good oral and written German and English communication skills (Spanish or French language are an advantage).
