Main Job Objective
Achieve sales goals and develop lasting client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and adhering to company policies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Maximize sales performance through elevated levels of sales and service.
2. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of merchandise to meet customer needs.
3. Maintain attention to detail when handling customer transactions, including shipping and special requests.
4. Ensure compliance with all sales-related policies and procedures.
5. Stay informed about the latest fashion industry trends and market developments.
6. Prioritize customer satisfaction and provide tailored solutions to their needs.
7. Foster strong relationships with clients and encourage repeat business.
8. Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively.
Operations Overview
1. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked selling floor.
2. Assist in inventory management, including stockroom and selling floor maintenance.
3. Participate in all aspects of stock, shipping, and receiving protocols.
4. Support Point-of-Sale operations and adhere to relevant policies and procedures.
5. Execute register functions accurately and efficiently.
6. Meet attendance and scheduling expectations.
7. Engage in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

1. Proven experience in retail, particularly in luxury environments.
2. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
