Your Role: We are seeking a talented and motivated Project Manager with expertise in Guidewire to join our team. You will lead complex projects focused on the Guidewire platform, working with international teams to ensure successful implementations that align with business goals. This role offers the chance to make a significant impact in the insurance and technology sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan, organize, and oversee projects involving the Guidewire suite, including customization of ClaimCenter and PolicyCenter applications.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and propose effective technical solutions.
3. Operate within an Agile Scrum environment, ensuring seamless coordination between functional and technical teams.
4. Manage client relationships, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
5. Serve as a liaison between clients and software development teams across different geographies, utilizing a global delivery model.
Your Profile:
1. Minimum of 3 years of project management experience (PMP or similar certifications are highly desirable) and a background in business analysis.
2. In-depth knowledge of Guidewire, particularly in Claims & Policy Management processes.
3. Strong technical skills and the ability to effectively communicate with technical teams.
4. Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum).
5. Proven experience in client-facing roles.
6. Ability to work with distributed teams across various time zones.
7. Fluency in English; proficiency in French is a strong advantage.
