We are looking for a Sales Consultant in Recruitment Engineering (m/w/d).

Your typical day includes:
Attracting new customers and creating opportunities.
Working with a talent-driven approach, constantly on the lookout for new opportunities.
Regular attendance at networking events and expert group meetings.
Identifying trends in the engineering market and understanding clients' critical questions.
Diving deep into the customer's business and offering the right Randstad Professionals services.
Supporting talents and peers in their personal development within the engineering field.
Ensuring the smooth running of the HR cycle, making everyone feel supported and valued.
Qualifications
What we ask for:
You have a university degree, ideally in a business/commercial area.
You have relevant work experience within recruitment and selection.
A network in the fields of engineering, real estate, or construction is a strong advantage.
You speak fluent English and French.
You are a natural networker, connecting clients and professionals with ease.
You are a charismatic discussion partner with a customer-oriented attitude.
Driven by sales and results, you know how to successfully thrive in a specific market.
You are highly communicative, with strong influencing and presentation skills.
