Key Responsibilities
* Improve monitoring, moderating, and responding to audience comments; manage community interactions effectively.
* Train and manage communication specialists.
* Create compelling content in collaboration with the Social Media Manager aligning with our brand's voice and goals.
* Analyze engagement data, identify trends, and propose action plans to boost brand presence and community satisfaction.
* Collaborate with support, marketing, and product development teams to relay community feedback.
* Organize events to build community and boost brand awareness.
* Stay updated with digital technology trends to develop community engagement tactics.
Requirements
* Similar experience.
* Verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to personalize interactions across diverse platforms.
* Must speak, read, and write English and Russian fluently.
* Experience using analytics tools to monitor social media outlets.
* Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
