Job Description:
* You are responsible for designing and optimizing components, assemblies, and systems while considering technical, scheduling, and financial aspects based on customer requirements.
* You create 3D draftings of component assemblies with CAD systems, including surface modeling for casting parts.
* You ensure the creation of 2D and 3D visualizations to clarify technical content and set up technical presentations.
* You perform basic component calculations using FEM/analytical methods.
* You oversee PLM management, including BOM creation and lifecycle promotion.
* You facilitate interdisciplinary cooperation with corresponding departments within the project environment.
* You collaborate with component suppliers to clarify technical properties of components and engage in co-design efforts.
* You contribute to Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
* You serve as a design component expert for selected components across all engine platforms.
Your Profile:
* You have completed studies in mechanical engineering or automotive manufacturing at a university or technical college.
* You possess experience in designing defense combustion engines, lightweight, and high-speed engine design.
* You have knowledge of special materials used in the defense engine field, such as magnesium, NI-Resist, and aluminum.
* You have a basic understanding of simulation results, including 1D, CFD, FEA, etc.
* You are proficient in English.
* You have advanced knowledge in PTC Creo and PLM Albatros, and you are familiar with ERP Systems.
* You are autonomous, committed, and flexible with an organized work ethic.
* You are willing to work in a multicultural team and possess strong social skills.
