The Professional Insights Manager will have primary accountability for:
* Development of insights to drive health care professional program across Colgate Europe through deep audience understanding.
* Build strong capabilities in health care professional research and linking to measurement and analytics of health care professional activities.
* Leveraging health care professional insights in business decision-making and strategy development to achieve business goals of growth and profit.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Build holistic understanding of health care professionals and influencers for Oral care including audience identification and consistent approach to advocacy/ experience journeys.
2. Understand under-unmet health care professional-patient needs today as well as trends and foresight relevant for the audience and guide business growth opportunities that emerge.
3. Inform and guide creation of content for health care professionals as part of integrated brand experience as well as relevant media choice-channels.
