Your New Challenges
* Serve as the first point of contact for office manager duties including maintenance, mailing, shopping, supplies, equipment, bills, and errands.
* Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, take detailed minutes and update calendar.
* Organize office operations and procedures.
* Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time.
* Manage contract and price negotiations with vendors and service providers.
* Manage office budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting.
* Provide general support to visitors.
* Make travel arrangements and reservations.
* Create spreadsheets and presentations.
Your Profile
* Completed education (Secondary school or higher).
* Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures.
* Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
* Self-motivated, proactive with attention to detail.
* Excellent German and English communication skills both written and spoken.
* Ability to work efficiently in a team environment, to work to tight deadlines.
* Strong organizational and planning skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office.
