Your Challenges
A home-office based position in Switzerland or France, allowing you to work independently within a pan-European sales team.
* Organize your working day flexibly according to the requirements of the sales region.
* Create demand for bioprocess products and services from Eppendorf and complete your own sales projects through systematic market observation, customer contact via phone, email, and/or personal visits.
* Maintain and develop relationships with established pharmaceutical, biotech, and academic clients, as well as contact potential clients based on information received at trade shows, marketing campaigns, social media, and other sources.
* Participate in local trade shows and international bioprocess conferences, provide professional advice to customers, and prepare technically sophisticated offers according to customer requirements.
* Regularly maintain the CRM system as the basis for account, customer, and opportunity management.
* Report to the regional sales management at the Eppendorf Bioprocess Center in Germany.
Your Profile:
* Combine entrepreneurial thinking with customer-centricity and a solution-oriented approach.
* Hold a completed scientific/technical degree, preferably accompanied by extensive Bioengineering and Biotechnology experience.
* Prior experience in selling products requiring technical explanations would be beneficial.
* Show flexibility and willingness to travel inside and outside of the sales region.
* Demonstrate ability to understand and work in culturally diverse markets.
* Exhibit expert fluency in English (written and spoken) and fluency in German and/or French.
