We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Expert to join our client's team. Long-term temporary contract, to start immediately. 80% role.

Description
* Autonomously manage the full-cycle recruitment process, in Switzerland in EMEA, including head-hunting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
* Collaborate with hiring managers and directors to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions.
* Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
* Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
* Coordinate interview schedules and provide timely feedback to candidates.
* Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
* Collaborate with HR team for on-boardings.
Profile
* Proven experience in talent acquisition in an international setting, with at least 8 years as a recruiter.
* University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Proficiency in English and good command of French.
* Outstanding communication, interpersonal and contact-building skills.
* Complete autonomy and ability to work under low supervision.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and excellent time management skills.
* Proficiency in recruiting tools.
* Calm temper and discrete personnality.
