Motion Common Data Product Service Manager
This position plays a key role in empowering ABB to create sustainable solutions, aligning with our core values of care, courage, curiosity, and collaboration.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the framework to deliver data services to various business areas, including Motion. This includes ensuring timely, secure, and easily accessible data is provided to employees.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Define service attributes and take ownership of service management;
2. Act as Point of Contact for Major Incidents;
3. Facilitate service management through regular review meetings;
4. Collaborate with Continuous Service Improvement teams to enhance the service;
5. Participate in Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Operational Level Agreement (OLA) creation;
6. Implement the service delivery strategy and plan for assigned services;
7. Negotiate with key suppliers on a daily basis and ensure actions are taken according to priorities;
8. E nsure work complies with Corporate IS and applicable ABB Regulations and Guidelines;
9. Manage service financials in accordance with received budget and ABB regulations.
Qualifications:
* Master's degree in information management, Computer Systems, Business Engineering or a related field;
* +3 years of experience in Data Analytics;
* Fluency in English is essential (written and spoken);
* Some knowledge of ITIL processes, Scrum Framework, and IS technology MS Stack;
* Excellent ability to translate business requirements into technical IS capabilities and solutions;
* Strong experience in project planning, execution, and economic aspects of system management and life cycle;
* Proven ability to manage internal and external senior stakeholders.
