Senior Customer Service Employee (Part-Time)
We are seeking a Senior Customer Service Employee to join our team in Solothurn, Switzerland.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support for customer accounts
* Create and manage work orders based on user requests
* Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding changes or reports
* Process and file GMP work orders
* Transfer approved equipment and maintenance information into relevant databases
* Collaborate with onsite teams to schedule and communicate with vendors
* Ensure accurate data input into respective databases
* Monitor PM activity through PM management reports
* Communicate effectively with vendors and client contacts
* Negotiate agreements and results with perseverance and tact
* Keep customers informed about progress
* Support Account Manager in preparing QBR data
* Foster client happiness, account profitability, and retention
Your Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a commercial field
* At least 4 years of experience in customer service within a GMP environment
* Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
* Diligent and detail-oriented
* Desire to perform job to high standard
* Valid driver's license and ability to travel within Europe
* Ability to work independently and proactively resolve customer issues
* Effective communication skills in German and English, French is an asset
* Proven PC skills and proficiency in Windows-based software
* Experience with CRM and ERP tools such as SAP, IBM Maximo
