Our Forensic team is a multidisciplinary group of professionals (, accountants, lawyers, data analysts, forensic technology specialists, and former law enforcement professionals) that develops business concepts aimed specifically at creating trust and preventing orbating fraud, corruption, misappropriation of assets, andpliance with specific regulations.
We helppanies and their legal advisers to investigate facts, resolve disputes, and manage regulatory challenges. We place integrity at the heart ofpliance programs and help our clients better manage ethical and reputational risks.
As part of the reinforcement of our services and support for the growth of our teams, the Forensic & Integrity Services department is looking for Senior Consultants in business investigation and integrity with a focus on accounting and finance for its Geneva office.

Within our team, you will join a specific mandate where the mission consists ofpliance investigations in various sectors:
1. Familiarization with the initial elements necessary for the investigation available before the on-site visit.
2. Conducting in-depth interviews, searching for documents to ensure exhaustive information collection; usingparative approaches to verify the validity of the data collected.
3. Document examination assisted by technology, data analysis, and quantifying the financial impacts.
4. Writing detailed investigation reports, including legal references and quantitative data, inpliance with legal standards.
You may occasionally be required to work on other missions such as:
5. Investigations of all types of faults (for example, fraud, bribery, corruption)
6. Design, evaluation, and implementation ofpliance management and anti-fraud systems.
7. Development and implementation of guidelines, codes, andmunication strategies inpliance and anti-fraud.
8. Work on assessing the risks and performance in terms ofpliance.
9. Contribution to risk management checks from third parties and integrity.
10. Collaboration with clients, fraud investigators, internal and external auditors, lawyers, and regulatory authorities in sensitive and sometimes conflicting situations.
As a senior employee, you will be in charge of coaching junior team members as well as reviewing their work to submit the reports to managers and clients.
What you can bring - skills to shape the future
11. University degree (bachelor's or master's) in business management, accounting, or finance.
12. 3-4 years of experience in a related professional field (for example, business administration, accounting, auditing, finance,pliance)
13. Excellent writing skills in French, goodputer knowledge, a good numerical sense, attention to detail, and an interest in understanding the legal framework of economic crimes.
14. Excellent verbal and writtenmunication skills in English. Any other language is considered an asset.
15. Your intellectual curiosity, analytical mind, rigor, and autonomy allow you to intervene inplex issues in varied sectors of activity within a multidisciplinary team.
