The OpportunityAs Education Executive, you will be responsible for deploying the training strategy across EMAD (European Mediterranean and African Distributors) for the PUIG group brands (Paco Rabanne, Carolina Herrera, Jean Paul Gaultier, and Nina Ricci). What you'll get to doIn this role, you will oversee the development and adaptation of effective training programs and content, taking into account the various stakeholders in the assigned markets (both internal and external). You will ensure the development of expertise and skills among internal and external stakeholders in two priority categories: fragrance and makeup culture. This includes the development of modules, execution, and field support for our sales forces. You will assist the local distributors’ teams and trainers in utilizing the tools provided by the Brands for specific projects, such as product presentations, training modules, etc.
Digital Project Development:
- Manage the maintenance and expansion of the Brand Experience App in the EMAD region.
- Oversee the annual strategy and the editorial calendar to engage learners, ensuring that the content reflects our brands’ image, is compelling and engaging, while managing the budget and driving innovation.
Event Activity:
- Lead and synchronize with local distributors’ trainers on the annual training plan.
- Oversee the planning of the recurring “Train the Trainers” event, both online and on-site.
Development of Tools for Points of Sale:
- Support the local distributors’ teams and trainers’ community in adapting available tools and co-developing tools tailored to local markets and consumer needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the EMAD team, distributors, trainers, and the Global Education and brand teams to develop or adapt content.We'd love to meet you if you haveExperience:
• Extensive training experience in the luxury and cosmetics sector (perfume and makeup).
• Mastery of sales techniques and team coaching.
• Strong expertise in content development and digital platform usage.
• Willingness to travel (up to 70% of the time during key project deliveries).
Education:
• Bachelor degree or equivalent field experience.
Languages:
• Proficiency in English is required, with French and Spanish being advantageous.
