We are looking for a Marketing Project Manager (Freelancer) for our client. You will play a vital role in assisting the team of Microsoft. You will enjoy a dynamic and versatile work environment of a successful European market-leading company, focused on assisting our central Microsoft marketing team to improve the European marketing campaign project management.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Campaign Support: Assist European marketing managers in planning, executing, and reporting on GTM projects and marketing campaigns across 31 countries.
2. Content Creation: Conduct content research and write compelling copy for various marketing materials.
3. Campaign Management: Update and manage the campaign process in Wrike, including creating and overseeing the creation of advertising materials in cooperation with the group agency. Coordinate the execution of campaigns, such as newsletter dispatch and paid ads campaigns across various social platforms.
4. Translation Implementation: Implement translation processes in Translation Management Tool for local approval.
5. Communication: Ensure that country marketing managers and other relevant stakeholders are informed about each campaign, have approved content, and know what actions to take for execution.
6. Performance Tracking: Track the campaign's performance relative to the established KPIs.
7. Data Collection: Assist with collecting data for the planning and reporting of campaigns and collect POE (Proof of Execution) documents, ensuring compliance with vendor guidelines.
8. Reporting: Produce month-end reports, including the list of POs (Purchase Orders) worked on and the timeline for each project or task.
Your Profile:
1. You have a degree in communication management, marketing management, project management, or a comparable course of study.
2. You have proven project management experience in digital marketing (preferably in the ICT industry).
3. You have very good written and spoken English.
4. You have excellent user skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
5. You have experience with project management tools (ideally Wrike).
6. You work in a solution-oriented and quality-conscious manner.
7. You have a structured way of working, quick perception, and a hands-on mentality.
