Job Description: ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you motivated to lead transformative business initiatives? Do you have a passion for leveraging data-driven insights to drive change? If so, EPAM is offering the perfect opportunity to join our team as a Business Analyst with Adobe Analytics skills. You will be joining the Behavioural Tracking (BT) team remotely and will be part of a global team driving BT implementation within the client. You'll be part of a highly motivated and collaborative agile environment with the goal to enable a digital and analytical future! The role requires a mix of remote and on-site work in a hybrid model from Zurich.
Responsibilities
Lead web and mobile analytics implementation across our portfolio, working closely with site/journey owners, developers and data engineers.
Collect business requirements and ask probing questions to fully understand business needs and how it relates to key performance.
Advocate tracking best practices and educate other analysts and product teams on the best way to get value from Adobe Analytics.
Coordinate of journey's implementation from collecting requirements to delivering impact through reports, dashboards and visualisations.
Organise and cohost BT community events in order to bring the environment of BT together, to educate and inspire.
Act as the face and voice of BT and manage all community communications.
Engage with community members, understand their business needs to best tailor the agenda and get them engaged.
Identify news stories and initiatives for community meetings.
Requirements
Possess excellent organizational skills to effectively monitor and facilitate communication.
Experienced in planning and leading community initiatives.
Serve as a natural connector and enabler.
Manage web and mobile analytics implementation hands-on, preferably using Adobe Analytics or similar tools.
Stay up-to-date on the latest industry developments.
Able to engage both business and technical stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into technical ones and vice versa.
Work directly with multiple stakeholders, communicating timelines, priorities and driving implementation forward.
Familiarity with JavaScript and Front-End technologies with the ability to write technical specifications.
