About the Role of Client Experience Specialist
This key role involves delivering outstanding customer service, guiding new users through our platform, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Your responsibilities will include:
* Onboarding new clients and businesses with a professional approach.
* Providing courteous support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met.
* Managing and verifying clients' KYC / AML documentation, contributing to a secure financial environment.
* Representing Bity on the web and social media, maintaining our positive image and branding.
* Collaborating on internal projects to streamline and enhance our support and onboarding processes.
* Sharing client feedback with the product team to improve our services.
* Contributing to our marketing campaigns.

Your Profile
We are looking for someone who excels at communication, understands empathy in user interactions, and is fluent in English and French (German is a plus). You should be able to set priorities, manage time effectively, and work both independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with cryptocurrencies and blockchain is a plus, but not required.
