As Lead Product Management, you will lead the product management team in the Digital Product Development, driving the success of our innovative products and shaping our digital transformation journey. You will inspire, coach, and guide a team of product managers while fostering a culture of collaboration, customer-centricity, and innovation.
Key tasks and responsibilities
Drive the digital product strategy
Lead, mentor, and empower a team of product managers, ensuring alignment with company objectives and fostering professional growth
Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, including ideation, development, launch, and optimization
Represent product priorities and progress across all levels of leadership and external stakeholders
Gather, analyze, and interpret qualitative and quantitative data to uncover customer needs, market opportunities, and business requirements
Drive the "innovation engine" across the product management function, identifying trends and ensuring Valora stays ahead in the market
Align product management strategies with business goals, ensuring seamless collaboration with stakeholders
Key skills / requirements
Product Leadership Experience: multible years of experience leading product management teams with a proven track record of developing talent and delivering results
Product Expertise: In-depth understanding of product management best practices, tools, and methodologies
Customer centricity: Deep intuition for customer needs and experience designing solutions to address them
Technical Acumen: Ability to quickly understand technical concepts and effectively communicate them to non-technical audiences
Organizational Excellence: Strong organizational and project management skills, with experience balancing multiple priorities
Communication skills: Excellent spoken and written English, German skills are nice to have
