The Gstaad Palace with 90 rooms and suites, 5 restaurants, 2 bars and a legendary nightclub is an internationally renowned 5-star luxury hotel. It is owned by the Scherz family and is one of the last traditionally family-run Grand Hotels – a landmark in Switzerland.
We are looking from mid-June 2025 or by mutual agreement for a:
Your area of responsibility includes: Execution of all work in the production area according to quality and management guidelines
Preparing, processing and serving all dishes according to instructions and in consultation with the Executive Chef
Providing the required mise-en-place
Compliance with kitchen standards and hygiene regulations
Proper storage of all food
Care and cleaning of all work areas and equipment
Compliance with all HACCP guidelines
Your qualifications: You have completed an apprenticeship as a chef
You have already gained initial professional experience as a chef de partie in five stars hotels
In addition to your quality awareness, you are characterised by flexibility, resilience, team spirit and enthusiasm
You can communicate in German and/or French, English, other languages are an advantage
