Marketing Coordinator
The Marketing Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the marketing department's initiatives with the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns (both physical and digital) and events.
This role requires a high level of efficiency, attention to detail, and project management skills, allowing you to be part of a dynamic and innovative team.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Campaign Development: Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns.
* KOL Management: Coordinate key opinion leader (KOL) management and medical education.
* Budgeting: Support the processing of invoices and other budgetary items.
* Digital Campaigns: Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns in close collaboration with the Digital Marketing lead.
* Performance Tracking: Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Digital Marketing lead.
* Marketing Materials: Assist in the development and design of marketing materials, including social media posts, email campaigns, infographics, and presentations.
* Event Coordination: Coordinate and support marketing events, including logistics, vendor relationships, and post-event follow-up.
* Document Control: Support as needed routing of all marketing materials in the document control system.
* External Requests: Manage external requests related to advertising and digital asset usage.
* Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to raise the standard of assets and materials created to externally promote the business team and its solutions.
* Project Support: Support the Marketing organization team with day-to-day projects as needed (occasionally support with marketing intelligence and benchmarking).
* Team Champion: Champion the business values to commit, collaborate and create with your team in order to knowledge share and inspire colleagues, consistently setting the standards for others to follow to support and encourage development and progression through your team.
* Additional Tasks: Perform other duties or special projects as required.
Minimum Experience and Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
* Experience: 2-3 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
* Languages: Fluent in English is a must; German and French are an asset.
* Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Industry Experience: Prior experience working within a high performing marketing organization and sales teams in a medical device company (B2B).
* Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software (e.g., CRM, Medcompli, COUPA).
* Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously under tight timelines and in a fast-paced environment.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Experience with professional engagement of high-level external stakeholders (HCP, KOL).
* Document Control Systems: Proficient in document control systems, such as Microsoft SharePoint and Oracle Agile PLM.
* Graphic Design: Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
* Collaboration: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
