DIGITAL MEDIA PLANNING PROJECT LEADER 100% - 8 MONTHS
Job description
Main responsibilities will include:
Manage the Digital Media Campaigns (Paid Social Media, Display, Video) at international level, starting from the briefing to the performance optimization of the campaigns and the analysis of the final results.
Manage SEA and Shopping campaign directly on platforms, ensuring mastery and alignment with the best strategies for the Brand at a global level.
Collaborate with our teams in the markets and coordinate the digital media campaigns.
Work with the in-house Copywriter for the creation of Ad copy, as well as with the Brand Image & Digital Marketing teams for digital asset development.
Prepare the trafficking sheet for the Digital Media Campaigns, liaising with the eCommerce and Digital Marketing teams.
Track, monitor and optimize performance of the Digital Media Campaigns against key KPIs and evaluate the final results.
Continuously analyze the Digital Media Campaigns (Paid Social Media, Display, Search) and adjust strategy and budgets accordingly.
Assemble and analyze data on Digital Media Campaigns performance and communicate strategic recommendations.
Lead product data feed set-up and optimization for all digital channels.
Generate bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly analytics reports and other reports as needed on an ad hoc basis, liaising with the eCommerce and Digital Marketing teams.
Maintain relationships with agencies and third-party vendors supporting our paid marketing efforts.
Stay up to date on the latest Digital Media trends and best practices.
Profile
You bring a degree in marketing/digital media.
Min 3 years' experience in a similar position, preferably in a web media agency.
You bring strong knowledge of Digital Media Planning, particularly in SEA campaigns, Social Media, Programmatic campaigns, re-targeting campaigns, web analytics, and tracking systems.
Very good knowledge of Google Marketing Platform, Facebook Business Manager, and the major DSP/DMP, as well as proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) is required.
Coordinate and manage traditional media (OOH & Print) requests between markets and HQ, ensuring alignment with Global Brand guidelines and local market needs.
Professional requirements
You possess the ability to work well in an extremely fast-paced environment, a high sense of teamwork, and are used to managing multiple projects simultaneously, keeping tight deadlines and coordinating with various business partners internally and externally.
Languages
You possess excellent communication skills and are fluent in English (Mandatory); German and/or French is a plus.
