Job Description
As a ServiceNow Platform Expert, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions for us. You’ll combine ITIL-based process consultancy with agile methods to enhance our company’s ServiceNow delivery capability. Your expertise will help define and tailor ServiceNow solutions to meet LGT CP requirements. This is a technical and hands-on role where the individual must have an in-depth understanding of the capabilities, components, technologies, and processes managed through the ServiceNow Platform.
Responsibilities
- Manage platform governance and roadmap of platform features;
- Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows;
- Implement and support Platform and ITSM processes such as incident management, Problem Management, Change Management, Hardware and Software Asset Management and GRC;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business processes;
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow solutions;
- Provide technical guidance and best practices to stakeholders during implementation;
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow functionality;
- Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow platform updates and enhancements and manage rollout of new features;
- Manage Backlog and sprint planning sessions and manage project deliverables with Implementation Partner;
- Able to manage and perform the Family Upgrade of ServiceNow;
- Manage continuous delivery process end to end : Requirement – Design – Development – Test – Deployment;
- Manage the ServiceNow Vendor & Implementation Partner relationship for governance and delivery.
Requirements
- Proven 6+ Years of experience in implementing ServiceNow ITSM, Service Catalog, Integrations, Portal, Asset Mgmt., GRC;
- Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA), Implementation Specialist ITSM or HAM/SAM and/or GRC;
- Certified in ITIL Foundation (v3 or v4);
- Good understanding of CMDB and its associated process, OOB class structure, and CSDM process;
- Hands-on expertise of the ServiceNow Platform, including building new applications, integrations, enhancing existing ones, fixing operational issues;
- Strong expertise in scripting on the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript, HTML, CSS and Angular JS, Flows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Widgets and UI Pages;
- Deep understanding of the key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions including: Integration Hub, SSO, REST/SOAP, JDBC, etc.;
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and ITIL practices;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment;
- Excellent communication skills in English.
