Daily Responsibilities
* Lead a team of Order Management Specialists across Geneva, Annecy, and Austin, TX.
* Oversight of the end-to-end order processing lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in fulfillment.
* Implement Continuous Improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and workload balance.
* Develop and maintain processes to drive team goal achievement.
* Foster effective collaboration with cross-functional teams throughout the organization.
* Closely work with Sales Managers, Accounts Receivable, and Management to resolve invoice disputes.
* Maintain open communication within and outside the team.
* Cultivate team members' skills and maximize their potential.
* Support new team member onboarding and continuous learning.
* Ensure data availability for informed decision-making.
* Enforce consistency in process execution across the team.
* Serve as hiring manager.
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in order management within an international, fast-paced environment.
* 3+ years of proven leadership experience.
* In-depth understanding of purchase orders and invoicing in the software industry.
* Proven leadership and team-building abilities, driven by passion for personal growth.
