About the Role
The Customer Service Employee position entails a wide range of activities. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customer Stryker at the site in Selzach, addressing all operational queries.
Your responsibilities will include translating operational questions into solutions, handling administrative tasks related to orders/quotations in the system, managing the order book, communicating with customers, and following up on issues.
You will also be responsible for receiving customer complaints, offering advice on MAG45 products, and ensuring that customers meet their commitments regarding orders and payments.
Furthermore, you will act as the gatekeeper of KPIs, achieving this by guarding and improving internal metrics, translating them into external reports, and ensuring customer compliance with orders and payments.
In addition to your technical skills, you will leverage your strong entrepreneurial abilities to identify deviations in contracts and support the route to customer satisfaction.

About You
To excel in this role, you will possess:
* Secondary school education, preferably in a technical field;
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a technical environment with commercial goals;
* Experience working in a multinational and multi-disciplinary setting;
* Native German speaker with fluent English language skills (written and spoken);
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel;
* Experience with ERP systems is an asset;
* Availability to work 40 hours per week (full-time) and reside within commuting distance to Selzach or nearby cities.
