Your Responsibilities
* Lead and develop a team of external sales professionals
* Recruit new financial advisors
* Set sales targets and create development plans
* Actively support the General Agent in systematic market analysis and planning
* Conduct comprehensive pension and financial consultations
* Maintain and expand a personal customer portfolio
Your Qualities
* Completed education in the insurance industry (diploma in Financial Adviser IAF or Financial Planner eidg. FA)
* Leadership skills and strong motivation to lead financial advisors to success, while setting a good example in sales
* Enthusiastic and persuasive personality with well-developed sales and social competences
* High performance orientation with a goal-oriented and well-organized work style
* Good communication skills combined with negotiation skills and high customer orientation
