Position Overview
The Support Engineer is part of the Kryptus Switzerland team, reporting to the head of the Swiss office with a dotted line report to the HQ Support and Deployment Group.
The role demands installations of Kryptus solutions at customers and partners globally, excluding the Americas, as well as technical support and setup/maintenance of Kryptus labs and internal systems.
Frequent traveling and direct contact with customers/partners are required, necessitating constant learning and self-learning. Technical trainings will also be dispensed by the candidate.
Elements of solution architecture and pre-sales allow for career evolution within this position.

A) Soft Skills:
* Follow-up, pro-activity, and drive.
Required:
* Engineering/Technician degree in Computer Science or similar.
* Fluent English spoken and written; other languages an asset.
* Solid knowledge in computer networks, routing, and firewalls.
Optionally:
* Knowledge in Information Security, Cryptography, or Cyber Security a plus.
* Fluent Portuguese language.
