Global Head of Key Accounts - PCT
We are looking for a customer- and team-oriented individual to complement our team in the Plasma Control Technologies division at our San Jose, CA location.
Summary:
Develop and execute short term and long-term strategies for Key Accounts globally at Semiconductor Equipment OEMs and lead Comet and customer relationships with the goal to increase design wins and grow market share in the RF subsystem market.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage development of forecasts for short, medium, and long range to support S&OP and division revenue requirements and goals.
2. Develop negotiation plans and pricing strategies and lead commercial contract negotiations.
3. Manage day-to-day risks and serve as escalation point for customer relationship issues.
4. Lead global teams with focus on talent development.
5. Partner with internal organizations to improve inventory management, ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations, and achieve timely resolution of billing and pricing issues.
6. Serve as Sales SME and work collaboratively with leaders of Sales Operations and Global Product Support to develop efficient and effective processes to support improved customer trust and efficiency.
7. Work in a dynamic environment to articulate the 'voice of the customer,' balanced by Comet corporate goals and objectives.
8. Provide detailed and accurate forecasts and revenue projections for assigned accounts.
9. Monitor customer and market requirements and trends and provide input and guidance to Product Management and R&D for product development opportunities and go-to-market plans.
10. Represent Comet at industry and trade events in conjunction with Marketing and Communications goals.
Requirements:
1. B.S. Degree in Engineering or technical discipline is preferred, with an MBA being highly desirable.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in Sales Account Management and Sales leadership, or related fields.
3. Strongly preferred experience in the Semiconductor industry or RF Technology.
4. Solid project management and influencing skills, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
5. Excellent attention to detail, with professional-level verbal and written communication skills required to interact with customers and senior management staff.
