1. Contribute to feasibility studies and architecture definitions for new products.
2. Develop low-power analog Intellectual Property (IP) blocks, including specification, schematic and layout CMOS, and SOI design, as well as Spice simulation.
3. Integrate analog IP blocks in complex mixed-signal System-on-Chip (SoC) designs.
4. Generate detailed specifications and verification plans for analog components and IC designs.
5. Evaluate and characterise IC components in the laboratory setting.
6. Lead small teams on sub-projects within larger design initiatives.
7. Support production test development and final circuit qualification.
8. Enhance design methodology and design flow.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical engineering, microelectronics, or equivalent.
2. Experience in analog IC design, covering schematic, layout, and simulation.
3. Extensive understanding of semiconductor physics and IC processes.
