About the Role
* You will play a key role in designing and developing our modern technology stack, working with accessible technologies such as React, Next.js, HTML/Handlebars, and CSS/SASS.
* Your focus will be on optimizing and expanding Swiss Post's online presence, working closely with an international team to analyse new requirements and implement them effectively.
* As a member of our front-end development team, you will be responsible for enhancing the user experience and representing our content, while also taking ownership of dedicated sub-areas within our framework.
* You will work closely with stakeholders and serve as a contact person for technical enquiries, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
* You will develop scalable web applications using React and next.js, with a focus on improving code quality and reliability across the entire stack through the use of Type-Script.
About You
* You hold a degree or university degree in IT or an equivalent qualification with corresponding professional experience, providing a solid foundation for your career.
* You are proficient in using Tailwind CSS for efficient and maintainable UI development, and possess a sound knowledge of web accessibility standards and their implementation techniques.
* You recognize the needs of the team and act accordingly, linking these to your agile mindset and demonstrating adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
* You stay up-to-date with new technologies and are a quick learner, able to apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.
* You possess excellent spoken and written command of German or Italian, and good knowledge of English, enabling effective communication with our team.
