Project Manager (30 - 60%)
As the Project Manager, you are responsible for the success of a strategic project at Hero in Switzerland by coordinating multiple workstreams across the organisation and providing leadership. We offer a temporary contract until 31.12.2025 with the possibility of extension to manage this project from A-Z.
Your Main Responsibilities
Coordinate the project from beginning to end
Help shape the vision and strategy of the project
Reach project milestones within the defined timeline
Adhere to the defined budget and providing high quality work
Coordinate various workstreams lead by different internal stakeholders
Internal communication
Organisational design
Processes
Change management
Team building
«Location» Work stream lead with responsibility to deliver on the location selection, fit-out and relocation, in coordination with a workspace consultant to support identifying and coordinating external suppliers
Ensuring resources are used effectively
Your Profile
3-5 years of experience in managing projects of significant scope, complexity and budget
Project Management certifications are an advantage (PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA)
Strong organisational and communication skills
Experience in the FMCG industry is an advantage
Entrepreneurial and commercial mindset
Self-starter and decisive
Fluent in German and English
