Sales & Marketing Manager Role
Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Marketing Management: Oversee activities to align with company objectives.
2. Target Achievement: Meet/exceed sales volume and strategic targets.
3. Stakeholder Engagement: Build/ maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
4. Market Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis, forecast trends, and identify growth opportunities.
5. Strategic Planning: Develop/implement sales strategies aligning with long-term goals.
6. Account Growth: Drive top-line growth through effective account management/customer engagement.
7. Product & Pricing Strategy: Collaborate on product/pricing strategies for key accounts.
8. Customer Insight: Translate customer needs into actionable insights.
9. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments.
10. Marketing Initiatives: Lead marketing campaigns/promotional activities.
11. Business Development: Identify/pursue new market opportunities/customer segments.
12. International Travel: Willingness to travel internationally (up to 30% of the time).
Preferred Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Economics or related field.
2. Language: Native English speaker/equivalent proficiency.
3. Experience: Proven track record in sales/marketing/account management within an industrial environment.
4. Technical Aptitude: Strong technical understanding/complex product solutions.
