Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Culinary Professional to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out all work in the production area in accordance with quality and management guidelines.
The ideal candidate will have excellent cooking skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prepare, process, and present dishes according to instructions and in consultation with the Culinary Director.
Responsibilities include providing the required mise-en-place, ensuring compliance with kitchen standards and hygiene regulations, proper storage of all food, care and cleaning of all work areas and equipment, and adherence to all HACCP guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out all work in the production area in accordance with quality and management guidelines
* Prepare, process, and present dishes according to instructions and in consultation with the Culinary Director
* Provide the required mise-en-place
* Ensure compliance with kitchen standards and hygiene regulations
* Properly store all food
* Care and clean all work areas and equipment
