Responsibilities Lead and work collaboratively with the marketing team members and interface with the agency’s clients.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers, ensuring new and innovative ideas are introduced.
Research event-related products and services.
Acquire costs from suppliers and create cost comparison studies.
Work with and support the creative team to develop and deploy solutions in live event situations.
Operate the scheduling of the production process with the agency’s tools and methods.
Liaise with venues and carry out site visits as appropriate, reporting back on suitability for required situations and relevance.
Manage event production with full reporting, budget consolidation, and project closure.

Proactive and able to work on your own initiative.
Good understanding of the luxury industry.
Six to seven years of relevant project management experience and at least 3 years of experience at the agency level.
Educated to degree level/professional qualification or qualified by experience.
Full understanding of the budgeting process.
Good destination knowledge of Switzerland as well as traditional overseas destinations.
Basic understanding of technical staging, AV, and construction processes for events.
Basic knowledge of current Health and Safety regulations.
Able to travel for periods of up to 4 weeks and willing to work unsociable hours (including weekends) from time to time.
Perfectly bi-lingual in English & French, with an additional language (German, Spanish, or Italian) being a plus.
Knowledge of Adobe’s creative suite as well as 2D planning (CAD) is a plus.
