Scientific Account Manager Role
This full-time, field-based position focuses on promoting and providing services for a range of pharmaceutical products.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage Major Accounts
2. Develop and Execute Business Plans within a Defined Territory based on Specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
3. Organize and Participate in Local Events
4. Deliver Top-Tier Customer Service
5. Analyze Data to Track Treatment Trends and Unmet Medical Needs
6. Support Business Development in the Local Market
Qualifications and Requirements:
* Languages: Native-level German and Fluency in English (Additional Languages are a Plus)
* Education: Degree in a Scientific Field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Medicine)
* Minimum 1-2 Years of Experience in Scientific Key Account Management and Promoting Specialty Pharmaceuticals to Hospitals and Healthcare Providers (Doctors and Pharmacists)
* Strong Entrepreneurial Mindset and Analytical Skills for Business Planning
* Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
* Proven Ability to Manage Multiple Projects with Tight Deadlines
* Self-Starter, Able to Work Independently
* Skilled at Networking and Building Long-term Relationships with Healthcare Professionals
