Job Responsibilities
* Deliver maintenance tasks on customer aircrafts in accordance with contracted services and expectations.
* Perform inspections, repairs, modifications, and component replacements based on authorization and training level.
* Maintain open communication with customer liaison engineers, MCC, and customer service representatives.
* Ensure work quality standards are met for self and team members.
* Comply with regulatory rules and regulations.
* Maintain equipment, tools, and premises to satisfactory standards and report discrepancies.
* Achieve the highest health and safety, as well as quality standards in the industry.
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement and implement 5S at the workplace.
* Perform other duties as required.
Your Profile
* Experience working in an Aviation MRO environment.
* Aircraft maintenance and repair experience with a valid EASA Part 66 License B1 or B2.
* Hold relevant type ratings.
* Demonstrate high customer focus, both internally and externally.
* Show ability to work effectively in teams and independently across all levels of the organization.
* Display working knowledge of Health and Safety Legislation.
* Fluency in English (written and oral).
* Be flexible and able to work night shifts and weekends.
* Hold a full driver's license allowing airside driving in Switzerland.
