Job Summary:
We are seeking an entrepreneurial sales professional to join our team at Logmind, a cloud-based log data analysis platform company based in Lausanne, Switzerland. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Cold calling, emails, and follow-ups with prospective and existing customers
2. Scheduling appointments and demo calls to demonstrate the value of our solution and understand customer needs
3. Building strong relationships with decision-makers across various levels of an organization
4. Negotiating and closing contracts
5. Providing after-sales support and maintaining regular contact with customers to maximize loyalty
6. Tracking measurable pipeline metrics to meet revenue targets
7. Demonstrating expertise in IT Operations, DevOps, IT Security, or Log Management domains
8. Developing technical skills to understand customer requirements
9. Prior experience in B2B software or SaaS sales
10. Maintaining a high level of energy and drive to manage multiple accounts and seek new opportunities
11. Demonstrating a creative, persistent, positive, and 'never give up' mindset to achieve objectives
12. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with optional proficiency in French and/or Swiss German
