Position Summary
We are looking for a Commercial Development Manager, Standard Ingredients, NP EUR to be responsible for developing and executing the annual commercial plan, establishing and driving regional funnels, and executing a Channel Picture of Success for our key growth drivers. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in synchronizing and aligning our marketing and sales teams to ensure the successful delivery of the plan.

A Day in the Life of a Commercial Development Manager, Standard Ingredients, NP EUR
* Run commercial planning process, execute total category plan, identify must-win battles and burning platforms
* Ensure that our regional portfolio is fit for purpose, meeting the needs of B2B customers across the zone with a focus on workplace, hotels and travel channels.
* Build guidelines, execute Channel Picture of Success for key growth drivers, cascade to markets
* Collaborate with retail category stakeholders, optimize pricing, format, and channel boundaries for total Nestle benefit
* Contribute to omni-channel category strategy, align and execute OOH activation platforms
* Establish regional AAGR funnel, measure progress, identify barriers, align sales and marketing efforts
* Drive Strategic Revenue Management mindset, improve price/kg through key initiatives
* Monitor business performance, course correct rapidly, adapt value chain, B2B marketing, and sales effectiveness
* Play pivotal role in category I&R pipeline success, identify opportunities, gain approval and alignment
* Lead RTM strategy, capture distribution opportunities for target end-user base
What will make you successful
* Extensive GD experience in the FMCG industry, with OOH experience as a bonus
* Solid category management experience, with strategic influencing skills
* Confirmed experience in sales with key account management across distributors and end-customers
* High resilience and ability to make clear decisions under pressure
* Strong leadership and coaching skills to build and motivate teams
* Evidence of strategic thinking and creative problem-solving abilities
* Ability to embrace opportunities in the market and drive positive change
