Your Key Responsibilities:
* Organize cross-border shipment and delivery of goods (national, international Import / Export Switzerland, cross-trade) by road, air or sea in a timely, cost-effective and efficient manner.
* Prepare and forward all necessary documents to relevant contact persons in a timely manner.
* Handle VAT and customs formalities with accuracy.
* Manage invoicing and L/C and bonds efficiently.
* Clear up any clarifications related to the transport of hazardous materials.
Your Ideal Profile:
* You are an export specialist with a Federal Diploma of Higher Education, which is an advantage.
* With 5 years of experience in cross-border transport of goods (Import / Export Switzerland, Cross Trade), you have a solid understanding of the field.
* You enjoy organizing and learning new things, making you a versatile team player.
* You are fluent in German, French, and English, both orally and in writing. Additional proficiency in Spanish or Italian is a plus.
* You are willing to travel between Kriens and Vevey as needed.
