Tasks
You will work closely with our Founder & CEO, assisting in advancing various strategic initiatives. Your responsibilities will focus on the following areas:
Go-to-Market Support for Romandie (20%):
1. Translate and localize the website and app content into French to effectively target the audience in Romandie.
2. Support the adaptation of marketing materials and campaigns for the French-speaking market.
3. Conduct market analysis to identify regional needs and characteristics to optimize market entry strategies.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging for the Romandie region.
Partner & Customer Success in Romandie (40%):
1. Coordinate and set up new partner locations, particularly laboratories, to ensure a smooth launch process.
2. Plan and deliver training sessions and onboarding for partner teams, including the creation of French-language training materials.
3. Support partners in day-to-day operations and address operational questions.
4. Ensure quality control and management within the medical context.
5. Provide support and advice to customers via email, Intercom, and phone in French.
6. Systematically collect customer feedback and collaborate with various teams to improve our services.
Additional Responsibilities (40%):
1. Support the implementation of business strategies.
2. Assist in administrative tasks across key departments, including Product, Marketing, Operations, and Medical.
3. Prepare documents, reports, and presentations.
4. Act as a backup within the team as needed.
Requirements

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, International/General Management, Health Sciences or similar.
* 1–2 years of professional experience (internships included).
* Fluency in French and English is required, with French tailored to the Swiss Romandie region; German skills are a plus.
* Open to travel, particularly to the Romandie region, as required for the role.
* A self-driven, detail-oriented, and precise working style with great problem-solving skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
* A willingness to go the extra mile and a can-do attitude.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
