Main Responsibilities:
· Develop and manage relationships with healthcare professionals, hospital specialists, and stakeholders while maintaining long-term engagements with existing customers.
· Increase product sales by implementing sales and marketing strategies, identifying and prioritizing sales opportunities among existing and potential customers, and demonstrate the portfolio value proposition.
· Along with marketing, access and medical departments, help develop and implement KOL engagement strategy
· Plan and analyze territory management, including product launch preparations.
· Analyze and understand the patient flow within each hospital, identifying key drivers and barriers to achieving sales objectives
· Conduct regular one-to-one meetings, group meetings, speaker events, and participate in medical/pharmaceutical events (congresses, symposia, seminars)
· Deliver scientific presentations and manage key opinion leader (KOL) engagements.
· Collaborate with internal teams to drive growth and ensure product access.
Qualifications and Experience:
· Relevant Swiss working/residency permit and/or Swiss/EU-Citizenship required
· Life sciences degree (PharmD, MD, PhD) required.
·Proven sales experience in hospital or specialty care, preferably in rare diseases.
·Fluent in German and English, French or Italian is a strong advantage.
·At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar position in the pharmaceutical industry, oncology, hematology, endocrinology field experience preferred
·In-depth understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, Swiss market dynamics, treatment guidelines, and healthcare regulations in Switzerland
·Strong business acumen and ability to develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets
·Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders
·Effective communication with a self-motivated, goal-oriented approach.
