The Group Internal Audit Director's mission is to provide independent assurance that the Group's governance and internal control processes are operating effectively, strengthen financial stability and facilitate the decision-making process as well as support operational sustainability. He/She acts also as a business partner identifying business potentials and - ultimately - contributes to the long-term strategic goals of the Group.Client DetailsOur client is a well-known international group with a global HQ in Geneva area and a presence in more than 50 countries around the world.We are currently looking for its Group Internal Audit Director to lead the department.DescriptionAudit / confirm application of internal control processes (design / deployment / performance / improvement),Design, propose, execute, adjust yearly risk-based internal audit plan (incl. communication and stakeholders management),Coordinate and/or participate in internal audits as Lead Auditor across the Group according to plan and priorities,Ensure audit reporting, action plan implementation / execution and follow-up on findings/corrective actions,Identify risks and priorities using decision-making tools (risk/impact matrix, KPIs),Investigate fraud via a fraud risk assessment that uses fraud deterrence principles,Gather, analyze, evaluate and present accounting documentation, reports, data and flowcharts,Leadership and team management: responsible for managing and developing the Group Internal Audit team.
