Responsibilities Support and processing of assigned complaints
Implementation and coordination of QVP / APQP tasks for R+D projects
Support in the creation of DFMEA and PFMEA
Visualization of deviations caused
Implementation of training courses on Q-relevant topics
Conducting audits at H+S locations and at suppliers abroad
Coordination and participation in improvement projects
Your Profile Technical background (bachelor or equivalent) and a very good understanding of complex products / systems
At least 5 years of experience, with 2 years in a quality function
Experience dealing with customers and/or suppliers
Good knowledge of German and English
Self-driven and committed to taking ownership
Structured with a systematic approach to resolving challenges
Solution-focused with knowledge in problem-solving methods
Self-organized and resilient
Open to international travel (up to 10% p.a.)
