Job Overview
We are seeking a Category Coordinator Assistant - FR to join our team.
This role involves analyzing destination level performance and pricing, improving user experience and product offering on our landing pages, and coordinating promotional activities with our providers and internal teams.
Main Responsibilities
* Collaborate with our partners and remote teams to optimize portfolio turnover on tour operator categories.
* Negotiate externally with our partners, re-negotiating if necessary.
* Manage product stocks, prices, and positioning through benchmarking and reports.
* Oversee day-to-day operational tasks, including last-minute deals and flash sales.
* Analyze and report on destination portfolio performance to category coordinators or managers.
* Work closely with the marketing team to follow up on marketing operations.
* Enhance offers and destinations visibility through e-merchandising.
* Support the sales team, customer care, and finance departments as needed.
* Contribute to the development and improvement of production tools in collaboration with the TO Value Stream department and Product team.
Requirements
* Higher education degree, preferably with a specialization in Tourism.
* Fluent in French (ideally native speaker) and proficient in English; any additional foreign language is a plus.
* Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; knowledge of Google Analytics is a significant asset.
* Commercial skills and strong analytical abilities.
* Proactive attitude, team spirit, and autonomy.
