Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for order processing from A-Z.
2. Maintain intensive contact with customers and suppliers from the first inquiry in German and English.
3. Prepare customs and shipping documents and organize transport.
4. Monitor delivery deadlines and oversee the transport of export goods.
5. Create delivery notes, invoices, inquiries, and offers.
6. Responsible for reliable debtor master data management.
7. Workload can be 90% or 100% depending on preference.
Requirements:
1. Completed training as a businesswoman/businessman or equivalent qualification.
2. Professional experience in sales support or order processing is important.
3. Industry experience in textiles is a significant advantage, but not a requirement.
4. Good English skills are essential.
5. Must be customer-oriented, well-organized, collegial, and proactive.
